This is a loose ship. If you have an issue with your purchase, let us know. If you are nice, we will be nice, and do our best to resolve things.

We use USPS Ground Advantage. We charge a flat rate to help cover the cost of shipping, handling, and materials.

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Some bags are built fresh at the time they are ordered!

If you live in Bellingham, we can do local pickup/dropoff for free. When you are checking out, make sure that you fill in your address info in order to see this option! Certain methods, such as Apple Pay, might not show this option, so you might have to do things old school.

Currently we do not ship internationally.
